This research aimed at revealing the correlative and predictive relationship with the creative solution of problems through cognitive and metacognitive awareness skills for middle school students. year, with an average of (21.10) standard deviation (1.2), the creative problem-solving scale and the cognitive and metacognitive awareness scale were applied to them. And the results showed The existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of males and females in cognitive awareness and metacognitive skills, and the existence of a statistically significant correlation between cognitive awareness and metacognitive skills on the one hand and problem-solving skills on the other hand for males and females of middle school students, as it became clear that the skills contributed Cognitive awareness and metacognitive in the total variation of problem-solving scores for both males and females, and the presence of predictive coefficients function for cognitive awareness and metacognitive skills in the total degree of problem-solving for males and females for middle school students.
