The research has found work to create a culture supportive of work teams in general education schools in Damietta that allows for cooperation and teamwork, empowering workers in public education schools in Damietta and motivating them to achieve their participation in team work, increasing the level of awareness of administrative leaders in general education schools in Damietta of the importance of the existence of work teams and their positive role in developing level and the flourishing of work in it, work to provide the best practices of school leadership in general education schools in Damietta through work teams as a leadership style consistent with the changes of the times.
