The research aimed to identify the concept of quality philosophy, its principles, elements, objectives and justifications, as well as to identify the concept of added value in educational institutions and their educational importance, uses and objectives, and to identify the relationship between added value and the quality of education, in preparation for trying to submit a proposal to achieve added value from the application of quality standards in primary education in Egypt, and the research relied in its methodology on the descriptive approach. And the research reached a set of requirements to achieve added value from the application of quality standards in primary education in Egypt, including requirements Especially in the areas of institutional capacity such as clarity of vision, organizing workshops to train teachers and others, and others related to educational effectiveness from teacher and learner, curriculum and educational climate, in addition to some general requirements.
