This research aims to identify the most prominent mechanisms for improving the performance of administrative leaders to confront administrative corruption in public education in the light of some modern administrative trends, and the limits of the research are limited to the period of preparation and implementation of the research; Administrative leadership to confront corruption, the need for the Ministry of Education to improve the performance of administrative leaders to confront administrative corruption, develop administrative communication skills and open areas of interaction and exchange of views between administrative leaders, building a specific strategy to improve the performance of leaders in public education schools during service in the light of some modern administrative trends with the development of a standard for measuring outputs. The research also found in its most important theoretical results: the importance of supporting and strengthening modern administrative trends to improve the performance of administrative leaders to confront administrative corruption in public education, the scarcity of meetings and seminars to spread the culture of improving performance for administrative leaders to confront administrative corruption in the light of some modern administrative trends.
