The aim of the research is to present the most important international and Arab experiences in the application of self-management, by identifying the features of the reality of administrative performance in Al-Azhar institutes and presenting the most important international and Arab experiences in the application of self-management in the light of modern administrative trends. Al-Azhar institutes can benefit from these experiences by activating and developing their administrative and educational performance in the light of modern administrative trends and enabling them to achieve their educational goals. And religious, and contribute to the development of mechanisms and controls for the preparation of leaders in Al-Azhar institutes, and keep pace with the global development in the field of effective school administration, in accordance with the teachings of Islamic law, community values, and the variables and requirements of the times and the introduction of the principles of self-management and decentralization in decision-making and performance development in light of Effective community participation.
