The study aimed at evaluating the training programs offered by the vice rectorate of development and quality at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University through identifying: the success of the training programs offered by the university vice rectorate of development and quality. The study community consisted of all faculty members and those of similar ranks at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University during the second semester of the academic year 1440-1441 AH. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a research tool for data collection. The study reached a set of results, most notably: the trainees were satisfied with the training programs they enrolled in at the university rectorate of development and quality. Through the results, the study reached a set of recommendations that will directly contribute to improving the training programs provided by the rectorate of development and quality, such as: conducting continuous and qualitative studies to identify the real needs of the faculty members, using houses of expertise in the field of training as well as experts from faculty members in local and international universities in order to reach an ideal construction of the training packages that achieve the training objectives efficiently and with high quality.
