The study aimed to identify the role of digital organizational culture among public school principals in Northwestern Badia in light of digital transformation processes from the point of view of teachers. Where the study population consisted of all teachers in the Directorate of Education of the Northwestern Badia for the academic year 2022, numbering (2851) teachers, and the study sample consisted of (364) teachers from the Northwestern Badia Directorate in Mafraq Governorate, the study was applied in the first semester of the academic year 2022-2023, and the descriptive survey approach was used through the amendment to the Abu Hayya scale (2021), which in its final form consisted of (54) items distributed on 5 axes: (Planning, Digital Leadership, Digital System, Digital Tools, Management Behavior), and Extract the connotations of honesty and consistency to it. The results showed that: 1) The degree of practice of digital organizational culture among public school principals in the northwestern Badia in improving administrative behavior came to a high degree, 2) There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) attributed to the variables (gender, academic qualification, years of experience) in all fields of study and the total degree. 3) A strong positive relationship statistically significant at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between organizational culture and improvement of administrative behavior. The researcher recommended the need to adopt digital transformation trends, and to develop the infrastructure and knowledge for the digital transformation processes themselves, through the organization of school principals’ digital professional groups, to exchange experiences with other school leaders, and to keep an updated electronic cumulative record to document the performance of teachers.
