درجة ممارسة معلمي العلوم للمرحلة الأساسية العليا للذكاءات المتعددة في محافظة المفرق
The study aimed to know the degree of practice of science teachers of the upper basic stage of multiple intelligences in Mafraq Governorate, from their point of view, according to the variables (gender, educational qualification, experience), and the descriptive approach was relied upon. A random sample of (180) male and female teachers was prepared, and a questionnaire consisting of (35) items was prepared, distributed to (7) domains, namely: (linguistic intelligence, social intelligence, self-intelligence, motor intelligence, visual intelligence, natural intelligence, and logical intelligence). The results of the study showed that: 1) The degree of science teachers’ practice of multiple intelligences in the upper basic stage in Mafraq Governorate was high, with the field of self-intelligence ranked first, then the field of visual intelligence, followed by the field of logical intelligence, motor intelligence, social intelligence, and linguistic intelligence, and in the last place the field of natural intelligence. In light of the results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, most notably theoretical and practical training for science teachers before and during service on how to employ multiple intelligences in the educational process and generalizing teaching strategies based on the theory of multiple intelligences in teaching science.
