درجة تضمين القيم الأخلاقية في كتاب التربية الإسلامية للصف العاشر الأساسي في الأردن
The study aimed to reveal the degree of inclusion of moral values at the Islamic Education textbook of the tenth grade in Jordan. It also aimed to indicate the moral values proposed to be included at such textbook. The descriptive approach based on the analytical method was employed. The study population consisted of the Islamic Education textbook of the tenth grade in Jordan. To achieve the aims of the study; The researcher prepared the study tool, which was a card for analyzing the content of the textbook, and it included seven moral domains, namely: patience, justice, trust, honesty, mercy, modesty, and honour, and (42) items distributed under the 7 domains. The validity and reliability of the tool were confirmed. Then the frequencies and percentages were extracted for each of the main domains and their items. The results showed that; 1) The value of honesty came in the first place, as it scored (36) repetitions, 2) In the second place came the moral of modesty, as it registered (30) repetitions, 3) In the third place the moral of honesty, as it scored (28) repetitions, 4) In the fourth place came the moral of patience with (19) repetitions, 5) The fifth rank came the moral of mercy which recorded (10) repetitions, 6) The sixth rank came the moral of justice, with (9) repetitions, 7) The last rank came the moral of honor with (9) repetitions. 8) The Islamic Education textbook for the tenth grade included (141) repetitions of moral values. The researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions in the light of the results of the study, including conducting more research on moral values, and the degree of their availability in other educational stages.
