This study aimed to know on the level of organizational health in the governmental secondary schools in Riyadh city and its relation to job absorption, it had been used a descriptive method by its two techniques (Survey and Relational) and used the questionnaire as study toll. The study of society composed from governmental secondary level teachers, a random sample was taken amounted (450) teachers, The study reached that the level of organizational health came in a big degree with an arithmetic average (3.91), and that the job absorption obtained a big degree with an arithmetic average (3.68) in secondary schools in Riyadh city. The order of the organizational health dimensions is as follows: After the educational confirmation, it was ranked first with an arithmetic average (4.05), Also after support resources it obtained on the same average, after morale it obtained on arithmetic average (4.01). Then after start working with arithmetic average (3.99) also after social relations obtained in arithmetic average (3.89) and after leader influence with arithmetic average (3.71). Then after Institutional integration it came in the last order with arithmetic average (3.68). The study showed that there is a positive correlation between the level of organizational health and job absorption. It had been provided many of recommendations such as: The need to direct students to respect their outstanding classmates and discuss the leaders of schools for teachers what they expected to accomplish, and direct parents to increase their participation in the educational process and urged the higher departments in the ministry to facilitate the access of leaders to all material and human needs.
