The study aims to identify the quality-of-life work of employees and faculty members at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, and revealing the extent of their agreement that the application of employee experience management (EEM) will contribute to improve it, as well as making proposals that contribute to enhance the application of this new approach for human resources management. To achieve this, the descriptive survey approach was used, where a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 382 employees and faculty of the university in the second semester of the academic year 2020. By conducting appropriate statistical analysis, the study concluded that the sample evaluates the quality-of-life work with a medium degree and agree with a high degree that the application of employee experience management (EEM) will contribute to improve their job experience at the university. The study recommended that university adopt the entrance to the employee experience management in human resources management, which includes the establishment of a department specialized in studying and improving the employee’s experience.
