The study aimed to identify the availability of digital citizenship values in the jurisprudence and hadith courses for the first intermediate grade in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study tool is represented in a content analysis card consisting of (46) indicators distributed over nine main dimensions (digital culture, digital access, digital behavior, digital communication, digital law, e-commerce, digital rights and responsibilities, digital security, digital health and safety). The study tool was applied to the books of the first and second semesters of the jurisprudence and hadith courses for the first intermediate grade. The findings showed that the availability of the values of digital citizenship in the subjects of Hadith and Jurisprudence for the first intermediate grade was low and largely unbalanced, as the availability of indicators was (34.8%) with rate of (16) indicators out of (46) indicators. Furthermore, these sixteen indicators were not available in a balanced way, and most of their frequencies were concentrated in nine indicators, and each of the remaining seven indicators appeared only once or twice. On the dimensional level, four of them were not available at all, namely (digital law, e-commerce, digital security, digital health and safety). Also, the availability of the two-dimensional indicators (digital behavior, digital communication) was very rare in the two books. The study recommended monitoring the changes and technical issues and rooting them in an Islamic way, and then setting up a mechanism to include them in a balanced way in the Islamic education courses in the intermediate stage.
