The study aimed to identify the role of school administrators in addressing school dropout in the Za 'atari Syrian refugee camp from the point of view of teachers, where the analytical descriptive curriculum was used, and the sample of the study consisted of (372) Teachers from the Za 'atari Syrian refugee camp schools for the academic year 2022-2023, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (28) A paragraph to measure the role of school administrators in dealing with school dropout in the Za 'atari Syrian refugee camp. The results showed that: 1) The calculation averages of the areas of the measure of the role of the principal in dealing with school dropout were high, with the highest for the area (The role of the director with the teacher), the field (the role of the manager with the student), while reaching the lowest for the field (Director's role with parents), 2) The study showed no statistically significant differences between the calculated averages of sample responses at the indicative level (0.05 ≥ α) on the role of school administrators in addressing school dropout in the Za 'atari Syrian refugee camp according to study variables (Sex and years of experience), 3) Statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of sample responses at the indicative level (0.05≥α) According to the scientific qualification variable where differences were in favour of postgraduate studies. In the light of the study's findings, the researcher made a set of recommendations, most notably: 1) Organizing mentoring programmes for students to raise their awareness of the risks of dropping out of school, 2) Further studies and research on different samples and regions.
