تحليل محتوى كتاب الرياضيات المطور للصف الثامن الأساسي في الأردن في ضوء متطلبات منحى steam
The aim of this study is to identify of availability of requirements approach of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM) in the content of the developed mathematics textbook of eighth grade in Jordan. To achieve that using the descriptive method, content analysis method. The analysis method consisted of requirements of STEAM. The requirement included 7 main requirements, the included (37) sub-index. Its reliability has been verified. The results of the study showed that the availability of requirement approach comes at a low rate. The Percentages of inclusion of requirement varied the degree of fulfillments of integrative knowledge requirement was the highest included with percentage (39,7%). The lowest inclusion was the development of twenty-first century skills with the percentage of (1,2%). The study recommended directing the attention of the experts in charge of the mathematics textbook for the eighth grade to give importance to the skills for which no repetition was observed or was mentioned in a low manner.
