This study aimed at identifying the role of school principals in Mafraq district directorate of education in addressing the obstacles of the electronic school, as viewed by the teachers. The survey method was used, and to achieve the study's instrument, a random sample of 250 male and female teachers was selected and the study tool (questionnaire) was applied to them, consisting of three fields: 1) Being the availability of e-learning infrastructure technology in the school, 2) Being e-learning management skills, 3) Being the sustainability of e-learning in the school. The questionnaire consisted of (34) items, and the validity and reliability of the tool were confirmed. The study's results were as follows: 1) The role of school principals in Mafraq district directorate of education in addressing the obstacles of the electronic school, as viewed by the teachers was medium. 2) There are statistically significant differences due to the gender of the sample in all areas except for infrastructure, with the differences favoring females. 3) There were no significant differences due to years of experience or academic qualifications in all areas and the overallscore. In light of the study's results, the researcher made several recommendations, the most important of which is to develop strategic plans for e-learning management and effectively implement them on the ground.
