مدى توافر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة لدى القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة الملك خالد من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس
The research aims at recognizing how the teaching staff members conceive the availability of the learning organization dimensions with the academic leader of King Khalid university from the point of view of faculty members and trying to investigate the analysis of the statistic significant differences among the average of the research sample responses according to the social responses according to gender and academic major. In fact, the research used a descriptive survey design using a questionnaire of learning organization dimensions which consisted of (45) statements. The questionnaire has been distributed to (126) faculty members using the simple random method. The results of this study revealed that: 1) teaching staff reported high average degree concerning the availability of the learning organization dimensions, 2) There were statistically significant differences in the responses of this study attributed to the gender variable in favor of female respondents. 3) There were also statistically significant differences in the responses of the selected sample attributed to the academic major in favor of faculties of humanities in all the dimensions of the organization.
