The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing inspirational leadership by principals of Western North Badia Directorate of Education schools and its relationship to creative teaching. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a correlational descriptive approach, and developed a questionnaire consisted of 66 items distributed into two domains. The first domain: inspirational leadership, which included (42) items distributed into seven dimensions: (vision and mission, self-confidence, personality, responsibility, empowerment and support of workers, depth of thinking, and challenge) and the second domain: creative teaching which included (24) items distributed into three dimensions: (planning, implementation, and evaluation). The study revealed the following results: 1) the degree to which school principals in Western North Badia Directorate of Education practice inspirational leadership from the points of view of teachers was high and the level of creative teaching among the teachers was high, too. 2) there were statistically significant differences in the participants’ responses on the degree of practicing inspirational leadership by the principals, because of educational qualification on the dimensions of (vision and mission, self-confidence, empowerment and support of workers, depth of thinking, and challenge) and on the level of creative teaching among the teachers on the domain of planning in favor of bachelor holders. 3) There were no statistically significant differences in the participants’ responses because of the impact of gender and years of experience in all the dimensions of inspirational leadership and creative teaching 4) there was a statistically highly positive correlation between practicing inspirational leadership by school principals of Western North Badia Directorate of Education schools and the level of creative teaching among the teachers. Based on the study results, the researcher suggested several recommendations including emphasizing the importance of inspiring leadership and creative teaching to other directorates in the Ministry of Education.
