This study aimed at identifying the effect of out-class activities on improving the Arabic speaking skills of Non-Native-Speakers at Al-Bayt University. Students from all Non-Arabic-Speaking Countries are at their advanced level, and they are (57) students. They were randomly distributed, representing the following domains: Group (A) The Experimental Group, Group (B) The Control Group. To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher developed a two-question speaking test that verified its credibility and consistency, as well as a speaking skills correction card consisting of (16) paragraphs divided into (7) domains. The authenticity and consistency of the correction card was verified as well. The researcher built the extra-curricular training programme, which was verified. The results showed: 1) Statistically significant differences at the level of (α=0.05) between the average performance of the two groups of students: Experimental and control of the remoteness test and for the benefit of the experimental group studied in accordance with extra-curricular activities. 2) The impact of extra-curricular activities on improving Arabic speakers' speaking skills has been recommended by the researcher to use extra-curricular activities in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
