درجة تطبيق القيادة الجاذبة لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في لواءي الطيبة والوسطية وعلاقتها بالطموح المهني للمعلمين
The study aimed to know the degree of application of attractive leadership to secondary school principals in the Al-Tayyiba and Al-Wasat brigades and their relationship to the professional ambition of teachers, The study sample consisted of (288) male and female teachers in the Directorate of Education, Al-Taybeh and Al-Waseet brigades. The descriptive approach was used by developing two tools, The first tool was a questionnaire that dealt with attractive leadership. The results showed: 1) The results related to the professional ambition of teachers also showed that all paragraphs came to a high degree, 2) The results of the third question showed that there are no statistically significant differences (0.05 = α) due to the impact of sex, educational qualification and years of experience, 3) The results of the fourth question showed that there are statistically significant differences (0.05 ≥ = α) due to the impact of sex, educational qualification and years of experience, 4) The results of the fifth question showed a correlation between the degree of attractive leaders and the professional ambition of teachers. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: Developing training programs and joint workshops for both school principals and teachers on the importance of attractive leadership, its application and its positive effects on the school environment.
