This study aimed to identify the degree to which school principals at Northeastern Badia apply the dimensions of wise leadership and its relationship to teachers’ organizational loyalty. The study also aimed to identify the effect of the variables of sex, years of experience, and educational qualification on that. The study sample consisted of (408) male and female teachers at Northeastern Badia who were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The descriptive correlational survey approach was used in this study. To achieve the study’s goal, two questionnaires were used as the research instrument for collecting data after their validity and reliability had been verified. The study revealed the following results: 1) The degree to which school principals at Northeastern Badia apply the dimensions of wise leadership was high and the teachers’ organizational loyalty was high, also. 2) There were statistically significant differences in the participants’ responses due to the effect of gender, in favor of males, in all wise leadership dimensions except on the dimensions of shared context and foster practical wisdom in others. 3) There were statistically significant differences in the participants’ responses because of the impact of years of experience, in favor of) less than 5 years), on the dimension of shared context, and in favor of (5 - less than 10 years) on the dimensions of exercise political power and foster practical wisdom in others and at the total of wise leadership dimensions. 4) There were no statistically significant differences in the participants’ responses due to the impact of educational qualification in all wise leadership dimensions. 5) There were no statistically significant differences in the participants’ responses on teachers’ organizational loyalty due to impact of gender, years of experience, and educational qualification. 6) The results showed a positive, statistically significant relationship between the degree of application of the dimensions of wise leadership by school principals and teachers’ organizational loyalty. In light of the study results, a set of recommendations were presented, the most prominent of which were: 1) The need to enhance the application of wise leadership dimensions by school principals, through holding training courses and workshops by the Ministry of Education; 2) Directing the attention of leaders in the Ministry of Education to the importance of paying attention to the issue of organizational loyalty among teachers because of its positive impact on improving the educational process by studying the reasons that increase the level of organizational loyalty among teachers and paying attention to them.
