The study aimed to identify the relationship between administrative transparency and the availability of job security among workers in youth welfare departments at Sohag University. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach (survey studies). The sample of the study included 19 departments from youth welfare departments at Sohag University. The results of the study referred to that there are shortcomings in the economic job security and the physical job security among the workers in the youth welfare departments at Sohag University.
