The study aimed to design an educational program using harmonic abilities exercises and to identify its effect on the performance level of some kinetic sentences for sport performances of the first-year female students at the Faculty of Physical Education- Sohag University. The researcher used the experimental method with pre and post measurements. The research sample was chosen in a deliberate, random manner from the students of the first year (girls) at the Faculty of Physical Education- Sohag University. They had divided into two groups; one of them is an experimental group and the other is a control one. The researcher used harmonic abilities tests and the motor sentence evaluation questionnaire as tools of data collection. The results referred to that the experimental group outperformed the control group in the performance level of some kinetic sentences for the sport presentations (determined in the study) as the calculated "t" value ranged between (2.55: 9.95) at the (0.05) level. The researcher recommended conducting similar studies using harmonic abilities exercises to teach different sentences of the sport performances. (Published abstract)
