Study problem: What is the relationship between the organizational culture and extent of implementation of total quality assurance from the perspective of the staff of the king Khalid Military collage? The sample includes the members of 244 members of King Khaled Military college civil and military personnel. Analytical methodology as data collection tool was used to collect data. Main results: 1) The study sample strongly agree with the reality of the organizational trust in King Khalid Military college at on average of (3,7326). 2) The sample agree to a great extent on the terms of the overall quality of King Khalid Military college from the point of view of its employees with an average of (3,5781). 3) Individuals in the study sample believe that the organizational confidence contributes significantly to achieve the overall quality at on average of (3,5406). 4) No significant differences in the level of (0.05) and less attitudes of members of study sample on the reality of organizational culture in King Khalid Military college according to the variables age, educational level and nature of the job. 5) There were statistical significant differences at the level of (0,01) whose years of service more than 25 years and whose years of service from 5 to less than 15 years about the extent of the application of the overall quality of King Khalid Military college in the view of its employees for the benefit of members of the study sample who are aged from 5=to less than 15 years old 6-There was appositive correlation at the level (0,01) between the organizational culture and the extent of the application of total quality from the point of view of the employees of King Khalid Military college. Main recommendations: 1) More attention should be given to the exchange of scientific studies with scientific research centers inside and outside KSA. 2) Faculty staff members should be encouraged to attend internal and external seminars and conferences in order to improve their scientific and teaching skills and abilities. 3) Commitment to make plans to develop scientific research. 4) Necessity to increase external training scholarships.
