Study problem revolves in identifying King Saud University's role towards increasing students' awareness in facing crises and disasters from its employees' perspective (Administrators). The community and study sample include all King Saud University's employees (Administrators) in Riyadh city. Their number is (9320) administrators, and the sample consists of (368) employees. Research methodology and tools: The researcher utilizes the descriptive approach, and he adopts the questionnaire as a tool of collecting data. The study main results: 1) It turned out that from King Saud University's employees' points of views (administrators) about the roles that the university carries out towards increasing awareness of its students indicate (agree) with arithmetic average (3.67). 2) It turned out from King Saud University's employees (administrators) about the reality of facing crises and disasters in King Saud University indicate (agree) with arithmetic average (3.68). 3) It turned out that King Saud University's employees' (administrators) points of views about King Saud University's contribution towards increasing its students in facing crises and disasters indicate (agree) with arithmetic average (3.70). 4) It turned out that King Saud University employees (administrators) perspective about hinders that encounter King Saud University towards increasing awareness to face crises and disasters indicate (neutral) with arithmetic average (2.95). 5) There are statistical differences in King Saud University's employees' opinions towards study areas attributed to age, educational level, and years of experience, rank, and position variables. Main recommendations: 1) Working in developing and modernizing plans according to updates and novelties for good administration of crises and disasters and executing plans and scenarios which are previously prepared and trained for to face crises and disasters. 2) Working on increasing students' awareness with disasters administration knowledge, its dimensions, features, principles, basis, and role in protecting institution and individuals particularly in educational institutions such as universities. 3) Carrying out more studies about the ways and the suggestions on how universities contribute to increase its students' awareness towards facing crises and disasters.
