This research paper is a field study on the experimentation of an educational module based on teaching the local culture of the GuelmimOued Noun Region to first-year Baccalaureate learners. The study adopted the experimental method by subjecting two groups of learners to testing, the first is a pilot group and the second is a control one. It is worth mentioning that it is the pilot group that has benefited from the module based on teaching the local culture. The study found that the two groups' knowledge of the local culture in the pre-test was very poor and irrelevant, While the pilot group improved during the post-test compared to the control group as the statistical indicators testified indicating that there are differences between the two groups. The control group's knowledge level of the local culture has remained weak, while the pilot group has improved as it benefited from classes on the local culture. (Published abstract)
