The research aims to know the measure of the level of administrative leadership and its wisdom in the educational corps (Basra Education Department), as the research dealt with a group of employees working in the mentioned department who were selected randomly. To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive approach was used in the current research, which is one of the methods commonly used by researchers. A 100-copy questionnaire was used that included two scales. The first is the wise administrative leadership scale, which included 14 items with 5 alternatives (completely agree, agree, neutral, no). Agree, completely disagree), and the second measure is the functional performance measure, which included 14 items with 5 alternatives (completely agree, agree, neutral, disagree, completely disagree), and the statistical bag for social sciences SPSS was used to process and count the results, while The results of the research paper showed the close link between job performance and wise administrative leadership, and this close link is significant, in addition to its association with job performance.
