The study aimed to identify the obstacles to the use of virtual classrooms in teaching English at the secondary stage with learning difficulties from the point of view of teachers in the Gaza Strip, and to reveal the obstacles to using virtual classrooms in teaching English at the secondary stage with learning difficulties from the point of view of teachers in the Gaza Strip due to the following variables (sex, educational qualification, and years of experience), and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of all secondary school teachers in the Gaza Strip, and the study sample was chosen randomly so that it represents part of the study population, reaching (250), and the results indicated The study showed that the percentage of obstacles to the use of virtual classrooms in teaching English at the secondary level with learning difficulties from the point of view of teachers in the Gaza Strip, which amounted to (57.3%), which is an average level. The results of the study also indicated that the percentage of obstacles to using virtual classrooms. From the point of view of teachers in the Gaza Strip related to organizational obstacles, which amounted to (58.5%) , which is an average level. The results of the study also indicated that the percentage of obstacles to using virtual classes. From the point of view of teachers in teaching English at the secondary level with learning difficulties in the Gaza Strip related to technical obstacles, which amounted to (54.1%), which is an average level.
