الرضا الوظيفي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالمعاهد التقنية العليا وأثره على الأداء الوظيفي
The success or progress of any educational institution to achieve its goals is depending widely on both performance and job satisfaction levels. Due to the importance of this subject, this study is aimed to identify the Job Satisfaction of High Technical Institutions’ Teaching and its effect on the Job Performance. In order to achieve the study goals a descriptive and analytical approach was adopted to indicate this effect through designing a questionnaire consisting of eleven dimensions related to the independent variables (Credibility and Flexibility of Management, Relationships with Academic Leasers, Participation of Decisions Making, Teaching Loads, Supervision of Scientific Research, financial Support to Scientific Research. Professional and Technical Growth, Library, Supporting Environment and The Salary and Additional Motivations), and other dimension is relegated to the Dependent Variable of the study (Job Performance). The study concluded that the degree of the teaching staff’ job satisfaction was law with an average (49.7%), and the job performance was rated (52.8%), and some of only of respondents only were aware of the laws and regulations related to universities, higher institutes, and academic staff with rate of (71%) .The results indicated that there is a statically significant effect with (α ≤ 0.05) of the dimension credibility and flexibility of management on the job performance with and effect of (69.4%), there is a statically significant effect with (α ≤ 0.05) of the participation of decisions on the job performance with and effect of (41%), there is a statically significant effect with (α ≤ 0.05) of the financial support to scientific researches on the job performance with and effect of (74.3%), there is a statically significant effect with (α ≤ 0.05) of the growth on the job performance with and effect of (81%), there is a statically significant effect with (α ≤ 0.05) of the financial support to scientific researches on the job performance with and effect of (74.3%), there is a statically significant effect with (α ≤ 0.05) of the financial salary and additional motivations on the job performance with and effect of (92.3%).
