The research aims to evaluate the (ministerial) exam questions for the third intermediate grade in mathematics according to the levels of depth of mathematical knowledge for the academic years (2020-2021 and 2021-2022) for the first and second rounds. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, The current research community represents the (ministerial) exam questions of mathematics for the third intermediate grade in all governorates of Iraq except for the governorates of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The research sample also represented the (ministerial) exam questions for the third intermediate grade in mathematics for the academic years (2020-2021 and 2021-2022) for the first and second cycle, The analysis sample consisted of (24) main and sub-questions with (59) questions, To achieve the goal of the research, the analysis card was built as a tool for evaluating the questions in light of the levels of depth of mathematical knowledge, If it was presented to a group of arbitrators and specialists in the methods of teaching mathematics, in order to extract its validity and reliability, the researchers also used the following statistical methods to analyze the results: frequencies, percentages, The most important findings of the research is that the (ministerial) exam questions for the third intermediate grade focus largely on the first and second levels, and ignore the higher levels of the depth of mathematical knowledge, and based on the results of the current research, some recommendations and proposals were presented.
