The study aimed to identify the reality of the use of information technology in managing human resources in the libraries of the University of Science and Technology in Sana'a. The researcher used the descriptive approach (case study) to prepare this study. The questionnaire is considered the main tool for collecting data and information related to the study. Science and Technology in Sana'a, with a staff of (16) workers. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: that the degree of the level of the reality of the infrastructure for the use of information technology in human resources management in the libraries of the University of Science and Technology is very high, representing (87.6%), also that the level of methods that help the use of information technology in The management of human resources in the libraries of the University of Science and Technology has a moderate degree, with a rate of (74.2%), in addition to the weakness of the level of impact of the difficulties facing the use of information technology in managing human resources in the libraries of the University of Science and Technology, with a very low degree of (36.6%). Among the most important recommendations of the study: The University of Science and Technology should continue to modernize and develop the infrastructure and technical equipment for libraries, in accordance with developments in information technology in human resource management. The University of Science and Technology should also work on the participation of senior administrative leaders with library workers to develop plans Complete and proper development of the use of information technology in the management of human resources, in addition to providing financial and moral support for workers in order to encourage them to succeed in using information technology to develop human resources in order to achieve the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the services provided by libraries.
