درجة تطبيق مؤشرات الإدارة الاستراتيجية في جامعة صنعاء من وجهة نظر العمداء ورؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية فيها
The study aimed to identify the degree of application of strategic management indicators at the University of Sana'a from the point of view of the deans and heads of academic departments in it. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to answer the questions of the study, mission, values, strategic goals), and after verifying its validity and stability, the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (80) deans of faculties and centers and heads of academic departments at Sana’a University. The study concluded a number of results, including: The reality of the application of strategic management indicators at Sana’a University from the point of view of the deans and heads of academic departments there was a high degree of approval at the level of the tool as a whole, with a percentage of (%68.15). The results of the study also revealed that there were no differences Statistically significant in the respondents' responses about the degree of application of strategic management indicators at Sana'a University, according to the variables of the study (job title, specialization, academic degree), at the level of the total score of the tool and at the level of each of the study axes.
