دور صوت الموظف في تخفيف ضغوط العمل : دراسة استطلاعية في المديرية العامة لتربية بغداد الرصافة الأولى
The research aims to test the effect of the role of the employee's voice in relieving work pressures by conducting an exploratory study in the General Directorate of Education, Baghdad, Al-Rusafa, due to the increasing conviction of the importance of these variables and the continuity of research on them and their interaction in the management of business organizations. The research started from a problem by answering the question of the role of the employee's voice in relieving work pressures. The study problem centered on several questions about the nature of the correlation and influence relationships between the main research variables (employee's voice, work pressures). Baghdad, Al-Rusafa, for a sample of (60) people. The researcher used the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection. Therefore, the research efforts of this research resulted in accurate results commensurate with the nature of the Directorate's work. The macro and micro level, then the research concluded with a set of recommendations related to the research variables. (Published abstract)
