This research aims to (discover the level of cyberbullying among university students in the light of some personal variables), using the (descriptive) approach. and a scale (electronic bullying by Al-Shennawi (2014)). After applying it to a sample (consisting of 120 students at Hassiba Ben Bouali University in Chlef). The following results showed that: (The level of cyberbullying among the study sample individuals was low in both the total score and all dimensions of the scale. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of cyberbullying according to the specialization variable, and there were no differences due to each of the sex variables and the variable undergraduate level). In light of these results, the study suggests (holding scientific seminars and forums for the benefit of university students to educate students about the seriousness of electronic bullying on the bully and the victim at the same time.
