درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في محافظة الطفيلة في الأردن للقيادة التكيفية من وجهة نظر المعلمين
The study aimed to identifying the degree of school principals in Tafila Governorate in Jordan practice adaptive leadership from the point of view of teachers. Methods: The descriptive survey method was used, and the questionnaire was a tool for collecting data. It was applied to a sample of 381male and female teachers, chosen by the stratified method. The results of the study showed that the degree was high. School principals in Tafila Governorate in Jordan practiced adaptive leadership to a high degree. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance α= .05 between the arithmetic means of the study sample members’ estimates of the degree to which school principals in the Tafila Governorate in Jordan practice adaptive leadership due to the variables of gender, number of years of service, and academic qualification. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends the necessity of maintaining this level of adaptive leadership among managers. (Published abstract)
