درجة توظيف مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء بني عبيد لآليات الذكاء الاصطناعي من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين
The study aimed to identify the degree to which public school principals in Bani Ubaid District employ artificial intelligence mechanisms from the point of view of principals and teachers. The descriptive survey method was used, and the questionnaire was a tool for collecting data. It was applied to a sample of 413 principals and teachers, distributed among 54 male/female principals and 359 male-female teachers. The results showed that the degree to which public school principals in Bani Ubaid District employed artificial intelligence mechanisms as a whole was moderate, and that there were statistically significant differences attributed to the two variables of gender and job title and were in favor of females and school principals. As for the academic qualifications’ variable, it came in favor of those with a bachelor’s degree compared to those with a master’s degree, in favor of a doctorate compared to those with a master’s degree, and in the years of experience variable in favor of those with experience less than 5 years. The study recommends the need to emphasize increasing the ability of school principals to employ artificial intelligence mechanisms in all dimensions of study teachers, students, infrastructure, and the administrative process.
