This research aims to know the nature of the relationship between emotional intelligence skills and self-regulated learning among third-year educational psychology students, using the descriptive approach in its relational style. The following tools were used to collect data represented in two scales, the first is the self-regulated learning scale and the second is the emotional intelligence skills scale. By applying it to the sample consisting of 60 students for specializing in educational psychology, the examination was done intentionally. And the results concluded that there is a positive correlation relationship statistically significant between self-regulated learning and emotional intelligence skills among students of the third year of educational psychology at the University of Setif 2. In the light of these results, the study suggests developing teaching strategies to achieve activation and training of students in self-regulated learning in order to benefit them from this type of learning in developing their emotional intelligence.
