فاعلية الذات المهنية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط وأثرها على التحصيل الدراسي للتلاميذ : دراسة ميدانية بمتوسطات سيدي بلعباس
The purpose of this study is to use a descriptive-comparative approach to explore the efficacy of professional self-concept among middle school teachers and its effects on students' academic progress. A questionnaire was created to collect the essential information, and it was distributed to a sample of 100 teachers from middle schools in Sidi Bel Abbès. The following results were obtained: 1) There is a significant correlation between the effectiveness of professional self-concept among middle school teachers and students' academic achievement. 2) There are differences in the level of professional self-concept among teachers attributed to the variable of age, favoring younger teachers. 3) There are differences in the level of professional self-concept among teachers attributed to the variable of gender, favoring females. 4) There are no differences in the level of professional self-concept among teachers attributed to the variable of experience. In light of these findings, the study provides several recommendations, including providing symbolic rewards to high-achieving students in order to motivate others to compete, the importance of continuous communication between administration, families, and teachers, and providing experienced teachers with a prestigious position within the educational institution.
