صعوبات تطبيق المقاربة بالكفاءات وفق الجيل الثاني في المدرسة الجزائرية من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط : دراسة ميدانية بولاية البيض
This study aims to identify the difficulties of applying the competency-based approach according to the second generation in the Algerian school from the middle school teacher's perspective in the province of El Bayadh. The study sample reached 52 teachers, 30 males and 22 females, so that the descriptive method was based on an attempt to understand the study's variables. A questionnaire prepared by the researcher was applied showing the difficulty of applying the competency-based approach according to the second generation in the Algerian school. The study concluded with the following results: 1) There is difficulty in applying the competency-based approach according to the second-generation in the Algerian school from the point of view of middle-school teachers. 2) There are individual differences of statistical function in applying the competency-based approach according to the second-generation in the Algerian school from the point of view of middle school teachers attributable to the variable academic product (Ecole Normale Supérieure/University). 3) There are individual differences of statistical function in applying the competency-based approach according to the second-generation in the Algerian school from the point of view of middle school teachers attributable to the variable of seniority.
