This study aimed to reveal the relationship between of school and vocational guidance and counseling services in developing the professional decision-making skills of a sample of (149) students in the first year of secondary school, and to answer the problem, which says that there is a correlation between the guidance services And develop professional decision-making skills? The descriptive method was used using two measurement tools, namely the guidance and questionnaire services questionnaire, and the Crites (1969 Critas) image (B1) to measure professional decision-making and then process the data obtained statistically based on the SPSS20 program. The results showed that: 1) Statistically between the services of guidance and counseling school and vocational and the development of decision-making skills of students in the first year of secondary school, 2) and services came after the vocational guidance has priority in the development of professional decision-making skills of students in the first year of secondary school, 3) and there are significant differences Statistical among pupils in the first year secondary vocational decision-making skills due to gender and in favor of males.
