التشوهات المعرفية وعلاقتها بالصحة النفسية لدى طلبة علم النفس
The study aimed to find out the relationship between cognitive distortions and mental health among students of the Department of Psychology in the state of Tlemcen, on a sample consisting of (100) male and female students, using the descriptive statistical approach and applying the scales of cognitive distortions and mental health. The results of the study reached the effect of cognitive distortions on mental health among students- Psychology students: 1) the existence of a statistically significant correlation in terms of the two dimensions of binary thinking and overgeneralization and the level of psychological health, 2) the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of personal interpretations and catastrophic thinking and the level of mental health, 3) the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the two dimensions selective abstraction and the level of health.
