مستوى التوقعات المستقبلية لدى الطالبات الأستاذات حول مهنة التدريس : دراسة ميدانية بالمدرسة العليا للأساتذة قسنطينة
This study aimed to reveal the level of future expectations among female student teachers at the Higher School of Teachers (ENS Assia Djebar-Constantine) regarding teaching profession, and to highlight the differences in these future expectations based on the scientific specialty variable (Sciences, Arts). To achieve the study’s objectives, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire prepared by researcher Chebani, Abdelzahra Baqer (2008), was used as a data collection tool. The study population consisted of all fifth-year female student teachers in secondary education, totaling (222) students, and the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (104) students in a simple random sampling, manner during the first semester of the academic year 2022-2023. The results showed that the level of future expectations regarding the teaching profession among female student teachers at the Higher School of Teachers (ENS Assia Djebar) was high, and that there were no statistically significant differences in future expectations towards the teaching profession based on scientific specialty.
