This dissertation addresses the following question: What is the role of practicing Administrative Transparency (AT) in boasting job satisfaction (JS) of female administrators (FA) at Prince Noura bin Abdul Rahman University (PNAU) in Riyadh City.? Study population and sample: Study population consists of (2948) (FA) at (PNAU). (309) of these were picked as a sample to represent the study’s population. Research methodology and tools: The author adopted the descriptive analytical approach. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Main results: 1) There is a statically indicative relationship at the level (0.05) between (AT) and (JS). 2) There are statistically indicative differences between the averages of interviewees’ responses as regards practice of (AT) for bolstering (JS) among (FA) at (PNAU) according to variations in age; educational levels and experience. 3) Interviewees are neutral around the reality of practicing transparency at the (PNAU). 4) Interviewees too are neutral as regards the reality of practicing (JS) at the (PNAU). Main recommendations: 1) The University should prepare and provide well defined and clear forms for daily activities and other procedural and personal dealings. 2) Necessity that information realized by the university’s administration should be extremely creditable and reliable. 3) The university need commit itself to promptly and timely response to any inquiry.
