تصميم بيئة تعلّم تكيفـي إلكترونية وقياس فاعليتها في تنمية المهارات الرقمية لدى الطالبات الـمعلمات في مرحلة الدبلوم العالي
The research aimed to reveal the effectiveness of an electronic adaptive learning environment on the cognitive and performance aspects related to digital skills. The research followed the experimental approach based on the design of one group. The research sample consisted of 20 students teachers (higher diploma stage). To achieve this, an adaptive learning environment was designed to develop digital skills for them, an objective achievement test was designed to measure the cognitive aspect, and a note card was designed to measure the performance aspect, where they were applied before and after. The results revealed the effectiveness of an electronic adaptive learning environment on developing the cognitive and performance aspects of digital skills for the higher diploma female teachers, in favor of the dimensional measurement. in light of the results of the research, a set of recommendations and suggestions were presented.
