تقويم الأداء الإستراتيجي لجامعة حائل باستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن
The research aimed to clarify how to use the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in assessing the strategic performance of the University of Ha’il (UoH) through identifying the reality of the strategic performance of the UoH in light of the indicators of the BSC dimensions and determining the requirements for developing the strategic performance of the UoH according to the findings of the BSC dimensions. The research depended on the descriptive Method in achieving its aims. Its sample consisted of 62 of academic leaders in the UoH including; college deans, vice deans, and heads of the scientific departments in both male and female sections. The research results confirmed the availability of the BSC dimensions: Financial, learning and growth, internal processes, customers and beneficiaries with a high degree. It recommended the support of university administration for the processes of assessing the strategic, financial, and academic performance according to clear criteria, and its keenness to develop all academic and managerial practices, the technological system, and completing the infrastructure as this can, positively, affect the quality of the university performance.
