This study aimed to identify the degree to which the textbook of psychology and sociology to be taught to the secondary stage in the State of Kuwait includes reflective thinking skills from the point of view of teachers. The study followed the Survey descriptive method. This study relied on the stratified random sample method; the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of 25 items distributed over five skills. The results showed that the degree of inclusion of reflective thinking skills in psychology and sociology textbooks was high. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of inclusion due to the gender variable. Conclusion: While there were differences due to the educational qualification variable in all skills in favor of postgraduate teachers, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, including: The need to focus the book on presenting scientific activities that require reflective thinking.
