The aim of this study is to identify the level of teachers’ organizational commitment and its prediction through distributed leadership practices among public school principals in Kuwait from teachers’ view. The study followed a descriptive approach by administering a questionnaire to a random sample of 886 teachers from public schools in Kuwait. The results indicate the following: 1) The teachers’ perceptions of the degree of practicing distributed leadership by school principals is moderate; 2) The teachers’ perceptions of their level of organizational commitment is high; 3) There were statistically significant differences in the study participants’ perceptions of the degree of practicing distributed leadership based on gender (favoring females) and teaching experience (favoring greater teacher experience); and 4) The distributed leadership practices of school principals predicts 12% of the variation in the level of teachers’ organizational commitment in public schools in Kuwait. Conclusion: Based on these results, the study proposes several relevant recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
