توظيف تطبيقات التعليم الأخضر في البيئات التعليمية التعلمية للدراسات الاجتماعية بمراحل التعليم العام في المملكة العربية السعودية
This study aims to explore ways to employ green education applications in social studies in general education stages in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study adopted the mixed approach represented in the documentary descriptive approach and the qualitative approach. An available sample consisting of 16 experts was chosen. The semi-standardized interview questions were used as a tool to monitor their perceptions, and the validity and reliability of the tool were verified. Results revealed that the study sample has social perceptions of the reasons for employing green education applications in educational and learning environments in social studies, including preserving the environment by changing from traditional education to electronic education with digital content to preserve the environment and its resources. Results also revealed that the study sample has knowledge of ways to employ green education in the field of social studies. Results also indicated that there are directives for employing green education applications with the multiplicity of fields in which they can be used. Most of the sample members emphasized the difficulties and challenges facing green education and its applications in social studies. The study presented a set of recommendations and suggestions.
