مستوى ممارسة مهارات التفاوض لدى القيادات التربوية في ديوان عام وزارة التربية والتعليم بالجمهورية اليمنية
The research aims to identify the level of practicing negotiation skills by the educational leaderships in the Ministry of Education General Office in Yemen Republic. The research aims also to identify statistically significant differences according to demographic variables. To achieve the current research objectives, the researchers used the descriptive research approach, a closed questionnaire was developed as a research tool. The research sample consisted of 264 individuals distributed between senior and executive staff. With regard to the research results, negotiation skills of the educational leaderships of the Ministry General Office came at a medium level, with a mean of 3.200. Results revealed that statistically significant differences in the practice level of negotiation skills exist among research sample according to the demographic variables (job level, gender). In light of these results, the researchers recommend providing negotiation skills courses for the educational leaders as a whole, designing specialized training programs to develop negotiation skills of the employees of the Ministry of Education's General Office.
