This study aims to identify the level of digital leadership skills of principals of public educational schools that applied "Future Gate" in Saudi Arabia. The descriptive survey approach was adopted to achieve the study goals. A questionnaire was applied to a sample of 362 principals in 5 educational districts in Asir, Madinah, Riyadh, Tabuk, and Eastern Province. Results showed that the study sample in general have a high level of digital leadership skills, on top were relationship and communication skills, followed by technical skills, thinking and innovation skills, then came the digital transformation management skills; respectively. The study also revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of digital leadership skills due to the high number of training courses in digital transformation. The study concluded with some recommendations hoping they contribute to raising the level of digital leadership skills in public education schools in Saudi Arabia. (Published abstract)
