This study explores Jeddah University teaching staff electronic testing proficiency at the Faculty of Education and their attitudes towards such implementation. The descriptive-correlative approach was adopted; using the e-testing Proficiency Survey and the Attitude Scale developed by the researcher, with a sample of 75 staff members. Results indicated that overall proficiency with e-testing composed of four sub-skills (General Technical skills, Question Development skills, marking skills and Feedback pertaining to results) was medium. It further concluded that attitudes towards adopting e-testing was medium, with a positive statistical correlation between proficiency levels and attitudes towards its usage. No statistical difference exists as of attitudes that can be attributed to the sample variables, nor with regards to various types of tests. Statistically significant differences were found related to the examiner's specialization in favor of science major, and the staff member academic rank, in favor of associate professors.
